Matsuyama is the capital city of Ehime Prefecture on the Shikoku island of Japan. It is located on the northeastern portion of the dogo Plain. Its name means "pine mountain." The city was founded on December 15, 1889 -wikipedia

It's pretty big zoo in west Japan. There is a famous polar bear raised by a staff. The polar bear is called "peace." It's pretty rare that a polar bear raised by a human. I heard there are some in the world, but most of them were dead. There were some TV documentary about "peace" Now he is a symbol of tobe zoo.
so, that's why a poor guy(or girl?) in "peace"'s full-body suit was handing out the ads of tobe zoo with the temperature 30 degree celsius. I took this pic on August.
